About Product

Organic Non-Basmati Broken Brown Rice is produced from organically grown non-basmati brown rice and consists of broken kernels generated during harvesting, drying, or milling due to moisture migration within the grain. As an unpolished rice, only the outer husk is removed, allowing the bran layer to remain intact. This makes broken brown rice naturally high in dietary fiber and nutrients compared to white rice. Despite being broken in form, it retains the same nutritional benefits as whole brown rice and is widely used in health-focused and value-added food applications.
