Organic Non-GMO Soya Lecithin (Liquid) is a naturally occurring group of phospholipids derived from 100% Indian-origin, non-GMO soybean oil. Obtained by dehydrating gums recovered during soybean oil refining, lecithin is a highly effective natural emulsifier. It is a natural dietary source of essential phospholipids such as choline, ethanolamine, inositol, and serine, which are vital for healthy cell membrane function. Its amphipathic nature enables strong oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions, making it widely applicable across food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries.
