Organic High Maltose Clarified Rice Syrup is a colourless natural sweetener produced through enzymatic treatment of premium brown/white rice using Non-GMO natural enzymes. This syrup contains a high proportion of maltose (a disaccharide), making it a strong functional substitute for sucrose in dairy and baking applications. It is also widely used as a replacement for malt extract. High Maltose Clarified Rice Syrup helps reduce moisture absorption and controls crystallization, improving texture, stability, and shelf life in confectionery, baked goods, and frozen products.
