Organic Chickpea Flour is milled from high-quality organic chickpeas (Desi or Kabuli) in an organic-certified, state-of-the-art processing facility. Commonly known as gram flour or besan in South Asia, it is widely used in traditional cooking for batters, snacks, and savoury preparations. Chickpea flour is also popular internationally—used to make Mediterranean flatbread (socca) and is known as panisse in Provence, southern France.
