Brown Rice Syrup is a brown-coloured natural sweetener with a clean, mild sweet taste. It is produced through enzymatic treatment of high-quality brown rice using Non-GMO natural enzymes, which convert complex carbohydrates (starch) into a carbohydrate-rich solution. The solution is then filtered and concentrated by evaporation into a thick syrup. Brown rice syrup is a healthy alternative to refined sugar, naturally gluten-free, and hypoallergenic, making it suitable for a wide range of food applications.
